Basically, their treatment repairs this altered filamin-A found in the brain with AD patients. After 28 days, their treatment repairs 48% of these altered filamin-A things. This was new data released today. 

So Thursday's data will show whether their treatment shows cognitive improvement in AD patients using the Alzheimer's scale. This is a 9 month data report. The 6 month showed a 10% increase in cognition. So this 9 month readout, has to show improvement from that 6 month mark. And if it shows improvement, that means they are successfully targeting the correct thing with this altered filamin-A treatment. No company has shown any improvements at the 9 month mark.
