My take:
GSAH #1 went public around August 2018
It announced VRT in December 2019 (about 16 months into SPAC life) vertiv.com/en-us
it started moving about 10 days prior to announcement

GSAH #2 (what we're talking about here) is a a different ballgame because SPACs are so different than they were 2 years ago and there's so much FOMO going on
This is a big SPAC at $750M in trust
It's going to take a big, interesting deal to move the dial for GS
10M volume (by far a record) on the equity today and 2.3M volume (record here, too) on the warrants
I've been following this one since around 2.25 on the warrants and a bit irritated I didn't bite, just thought it was too early

If this one isn't announcing soon, I'll be surprised - it's making all the indicating moves that a deal is imminent.

No guess on what sector they'll pick.
