I think its essentially a done deal I haven't payed much attention the last month or so, so I dont know when the official merger will occur

Apparently Palihapitiya + the Clover health team will be doing an interview with the Motley Fool today discussing companies Social Capital have taken public so far + future plans. I still think Clover health will win big long term so I'm loading up while I can.
