I just came across the WPF spac thanks to Zack's Investments. WPF is headed by Bill Foley [legendary investor, owner of Foley Family Wines & the Las Vegas Black Knights for the hockey fans] and is in talks to merge with Alight Solutions. Alright solutions is a "business process outsourcing company" in other words they handle the dull but necessary HR & compensation processes for companies using artificial intelligence. It's competitors are companies such as ADP, Paycheck etc. which frankly are doing much in the form of innovation. It's not as fun as electric cars or space travel but Alight offers a necessary service that companies & employees HATE. Shares are currently trading at around $10.40 & warrants under $2.
