Current price (at 56) values Lucid at $67 billion. That's based on assumption that it's purchased for $12 billion at $10/share. This seems incredibly expensive. I think this is only happening due to excitement and lack of stock (none has been issued for acquisition, so it's just SPAC shares knocking around). Careful out there.
