I came across PainReform thanks to a typo while trying to conduct a Google search.  It's a stage III pharmaceutical company based in Israel that specializes in post operative (non opioid) pain management treatments. They have some competion from other companies of similar size but have a potentially bright future considering the potential addressable market thanks to the aging US population. The IPO is priced at $8-10 a share so I plan to grab a few shares...but I'm having trouble locating the exact ipo date. It was listed as Aug 24th but I don't see shares available on E Trade.
