I had a bad red day last week, so I took the time to reflect. The biggest takeaway I have is that I was taking too many plays and not waiting for a quality play to form. I have since been able to focus on quality and my P&L has significantly improved. It only takes 1,2, sometimes 3 quality trades a day. Over that, the quality of the plays entered drops the more plays taken
